The Law defines a monopolistic practice as the concentration of economic power by one or more businesses leading to control over the production and/or marketing of certain goods or services, resulting in unfair business competition and harm to the public interest. — Под монополистическим поведением в законе подразумевается концентрация экономической власти одним или несколькими предприятиями, ведущее к контролю над производством и/или сбытом отдельных товаров или услуг, приводящее к нечестной конкуренции и наносящее вред общественным интересам.
